Ekol Tank Metal Kimya Makine Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. manufactures pressure tanks for water treatment systems, booster sets and heating installations. Every tank takes shape at our own facility in Gebze, from design through to final testing.

Manufacturing
We work to measurable criteria
A pressure tank leaves no room for error. Diaphragm permeability, weld strength, coating adhesion - each one directly determines how long the product lasts in the field.
Material selection
We use BUTYL-EPDM diaphragms in every water-contact component. The low gas permeability of butyl rubber holds the pre-charge for years.
Pressure rating
The booster series is built and tested to 10 bar, the reverse osmosis series to 6.9 bar maximum working pressure.
Testing and inspection
Every tank passes a pressure and leak test before dispatch, and ships with the factory pre-charge already set.
Environment and health
We work in a product category that contacts water. Material suitability and low-impact production are a responsibility, not a choice.
