This notice explains how the personal data you submit through the contact form on our website is processed under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform. The Turkish version of this notice prevails.

- Identity: full name
- Contact: e-mail address, phone number
- Professional: company name (optional)
- Request: subject, message, product of interest
- Transaction security: IP address, date and time of submission; if bot verification is enabled, the browser and device signals processed by Cloudflare Turnstile for verification
Please do not include special categories of personal data (health, religion, ethnic origin, etc.) in your message.
3. Purposes
- Receiving, assessing and answering your request, and contacting you
- Providing the information you ask for about our products and documents
- Securing the form and preventing automated, repeated or abusive submissions
- Complying with legal obligations and protecting our rights in potential disputes
4. Method of Collection and Legal Grounds
Your data is collected electronically, partly by automated means, when you complete and submit the form. The legal grounds are:
- KVKK Art. 5/2-c, as answering your request is directly related to negotiations prior to establishing a contract;
- our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f) in replying to you and securing the form, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed;
- Art. 5/2-ç for legal obligations and Art. 5/2-e for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right.
This processing does not rely on your explicit consent. The checkbox on the form is a statement that you have read this notice.
5. Transfers
- Our service providers: the hosting and e-mail infrastructure process the data only to provide their service and on our instructions (as data processors).
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): traffic to our website is routed through the Cloudflare network for security and performance, and bot verification, when enabled, is performed with Cloudflare Turnstile. Your IP address and form traffic therefore pass through Cloudflare servers abroad. This transfer is carried out in accordance with the procedure set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.
- Authorised public authorities: only upon a request they are legally entitled to make.
Your data is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Retention
Your data is kept after your request is concluded for as long as the business relationship requires and for the retention and limitation periods set by law; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may apply to the data controller to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- request its deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
- request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred,
- object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
8. How to Apply
You may send your application in writing to our postal address above, or by registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature or from an e-mail address registered in our records to info@ekoltank.com.tr, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process involves an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
