This policy explains how your personal data is processed when you visit our website and use the contact form. Detailed information about the contact form is in our Privacy Notice (KVKK). The Turkish version of this policy prevails.

Contact Form
When you submit the form we record your full name, e-mail, phone number, company name (if given), subject, message and product of interest, together with your IP address and the time of submission. This data is used only to answer your request and to protect the form against abuse (KVKK Art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f). Your request is also forwarded to our team by e-mail.
Bot Verification (Cloudflare Turnstile)
To block automated and malicious submissions, the contact form may use Cloudflare Turnstile. To verify that you are human, Turnstile processes your IP address and technical signals about your browser and device; this is carried out by Cloudflare, Inc. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for details.
Infrastructure and Server Logs
Traffic to our website is routed through the Cloudflare network for security and performance. Our hosting infrastructure and Cloudflare keep standard access logs containing the IP address, requested page, date and time and browser information for security and troubleshooting. These logs are not used for marketing.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for advertising, analytics or visitor tracking. Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be present: security cookies set by Cloudflare to tell malicious traffic apart, and session cookies that concern site administrators only. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; some security checks may then be requested again.
Google Maps
The map embedded on our contact page is loaded from Google servers. When the map loads, Google may process your IP address and use its own cookies; Google’s privacy policy applies to that processing.
Transfers Abroad
Because of Cloudflare (USA) and, when the map on the contact page loads, Google services, some of your data is processed on servers abroad. These transfers are carried out in accordance with the procedure set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.
Retention
Requests received through the form are kept after the request is concluded for as long as the business relationship requires and for the retention and limitation periods set by law; they are then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Security
Your data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and protected against unauthorised access with technical and organisational measures; only authorised staff can access form messages.
Your Rights
Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK and how to apply are set out in our Privacy Notice (KVKK). You can send your application to info@ekoltank.com.tr or to the postal address above; it will be concluded within 30 days at the latest.
Updates
If this policy changes, the current version will be published on this page and the effective date updated.
