100 Litre Vertical Pressure Tank for Booster Set Manufacturers and Installers
The 100 Litre Vertical Pressure Tank is a metal pressure and expansion tank with a Butyl-EPDM diaphragm and a 10 bar rating. It balances system pressure and prevents frequent pump starts. We manufacture it at our own plant in Gebze, Türkiye. We also supply it wholesale to booster set manufacturers, plumbing distributors and project contractors.

The vertical, floor-standing body saves space in tight plant rooms. Therefore, many packaged booster sets use it. 100 litres is the largest capacity in the series. As a result, the pump starts less often in high-rise buildings. It also works as an expansion tank in closed-loop heating and air-conditioning systems.

Wholesale Supply and Shipping
Ekol Tank sells only to businesses, on a wholesale basis. Therefore, please request a quote for prices and order quantities. In standard shipments we load 18 units per pallet. For example, a 40' HC container takes 432 units palletised or 450 units loose. You will find all loading options in the Logistics and Packaging tab. In addition, our annual capacity of 360,000 units supports regular shipments.
Installation Notes
- The factory pre-charge is 2 bar. During installation, set it with the tank empty to about 0.2 bar below the pump cut-in pressure.
- The maximum working pressure is 10 bar. Therefore, set the system safety valve below this value.
Documents and Series Comparison
We run production under an ISO 9001 quality management system. We also provide a CE (PED 2014/68/EU) declaration of conformity. As a result, the documents for your export and project files are ready.
You can download the datasheet and certificates from the Documents page. You can also compare the other capacities in the series on the Vertical Models page.
